BonVirtual Terms & Conditions

BonVirtual Promise 

- To make an honest portrayal of my experience, skills, and qualifications at all times

-  Respect the confidentiality of your business and personal procedures

- Conduct your business affairs in a professional manner

- Identify your ownership of any intellectual copyright relating to your business

- Conduct business affairs based on sound, ethical principles

- Communicate honestly and reasonably with your clients, employees, connections, and suppliers.

- Endeavour to maintain high professional standards by continual monitoring of my industry and my own professional improvement


Confidentiality & Rights 

- BonVirtual will keep any work undertaken confidential and not use it for personal gain or promotion without written consent of the client.

- The Client will be the legal owner and will hold intellectual copyright of all work produced by BonVirtual.

- BonVirtual will not disclose or discuss the business affairs of the client to any third parties without prior written permission from the client. 

- All images supplied by the client remain their responsibility, with regards to obtaining rights for use. All images supplied by BonVirtual, or associates will be sourced with permission.


Services & Payments 

- BonVirtual will provide an Initial thirty-minute complimentary consultation by Zoom or telephone.

- The client is responsible for final proofreading and checking of all work supplied by BonVirtual. 

- The client understands that Bonvirtual estimates the time and cost for completing the work requested, the calculation is informal and that any adjustments to the amount of schedule, work and/or the number of hours and fees is subject to review and renegotiation with the Client when required.

- The client must report any errors found must be reported within 3 days of receipt of the completed work. Errors made by BonVirtual will be rectified free of charge, however amendments or alterations requested by the client after the 3 days stated will be charged at the standard hourly rate.

- The deadline and/or fee may be renegotiated if it becomes apparent early on in the project if significantly more work is required than initially anticipated in the original discussion between client and BonVirtual. 

- If any additional tasks are requested by the Client during the project, BonVirtual may renegotiate the fee and/or the deadline.

- If client delays or suspends any work, BonVirtual will be entitled to immediate payment for work already carried out and expenses incurred.

- If the project is based on an hourly rate, then a minimum invoice amount is for one hour 

- New clients will initially be invoiced in advance of work commencing for their first work request, unless stated otherwise

- Invoices will be issued to the client after the work requested has been completed 

- Invoices are to be paid within 7 days from the date the invoice is issued, unless stated otherwise

- Final invoices will include total billable time or cost of project package, reimbursable expenses, and any other fees related to the Work.

- Interest could be applied if bills are left unpaid beyond the 7-day payments terms stated above

- BonVirtual has the right to stop producing work for the client or working with the client if an invoice remains unpaid beyond the 7-day payment period

- Payments are to be made by bank transfer

- Billable time can include meetings and calls outside of contracted hours and includes the writing and/or reading of correspondence sent by mail or email.

- A time report can be provided with the invoice upon request by the client

- Any additional expenses such as printing, postage and other stationery expenses bought on behalf of the Client’s business will be added to the invoice for reimbursement.

- Under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998 / GDPR, Bonvirtual and the client may keep on record personal information as is necessary. Either may view the other’s records to ensure that they are relevant, correct and up to date.

- The client and/or BonVirtual have the right to terminate a contract or agreement for services if there is a serious breach of its terms.
